Shipping and Returns

This page explains how we deliver your order, what to do if a parcel arrives damaged, and how to exercise your right of withdrawal or your legal guarantee. It forms part of the terms of sale of QuadJunior, the trading name of Ana González Hernández (DNI 71442560Y), calle Zagan 1, 28694 Chapinería (Madrid), Spain. You can reach us at info@quadjunior.com. Our website is https://quadjunior.com; the domains pequequads.com, atvforkids.eu and quadsparaniños.com redirect to it.

1. Where we ship

We sell battery-powered children's vehicles — quad bikes, buggies, 4x4 off-roaders and cross motorbikes — to consumers in the following countries:

  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • France
  • Italy
  • Germany
  • Belgium

Orders are delivered to the address you give us during checkout. Please check it carefully before confirming your order, as an incorrect or incomplete address may prevent delivery.

2. Shipping costs and prices

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your basket according to the country of delivery and the weight of the goods. The exact amount is always shown to you before you confirm and pay for your order, so there are no surprise charges afterwards.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT. Payment is made using the methods offered during the checkout process.

3. Delivery by tracked carrier

Orders are dispatched through a professional carrier with tracking, so you can follow your parcel's progress. Because these vehicles are bulky items, delivery is made to the address supplied and normally requires someone to be present to receive it. If nobody is available, the carrier will usually leave notice so that a new delivery can be arranged.

Checking your parcel on arrival

We strongly recommend that you inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If you see dents, tears, crushing, damp or any other sign that the parcel has suffered in transit:

  • Write the damage on the carrier's delivery note (or add the words "pending inspection") before signing.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and of the goods inside.
  • Contact us at info@quadjunior.com as soon as possible, attaching the photographs and your order number.

Noting the damage on the delivery note makes a claim against the carrier far easier to resolve. If you are unable to do so, please tell us promptly all the same: this recommendation does not limit your legal rights, which remain fully available to you.

If your vehicle arrives damaged or incomplete

Where a vehicle reaches you damaged, or with a broken or missing part, we will put it right at no cost to you — by supplying the missing or faulty part, by replacing the item, or by another remedy available under the law. Please get in touch before assembling or using the vehicle, as this helps us identify what happened.

4. Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, simply tell us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — an email to info@quadjunior.com is enough — before the period expires.

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of that notification. Please return them complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging, so that they are protected in transit.

Where the product is in conformity and you are simply exercising your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you supply evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

All our vehicles are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity:

  • 3 years for deliveries in Spain.
  • 2 years for deliveries in the other EU countries we serve.

If an item does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided by law, at no cost to you. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accident, modification or failure to follow the instructions supplied.

6. Safe use

Our vehicles are toys for children and must always be used under adult supervision and on private ground. They are not authorised for use on public roads or in public traffic areas. Please read the manual and respect the age and weight limits indicated for each model.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, write to info@quadjunior.com and we will do our best to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For questions about how we handle your personal data, see our privacy policy; the Spanish data protection authority can be reached at https://www.aepd.es.
