From what age can a child ride an electric quad?

From 1 to 3 years with the 6V and 12V models with parental remote, up to age 12 with the 24V to 48V quads and buggies. Every product page states the recommended age and the maximum rider weight.

What is the parental remote?

A 2.4GHz remote control that lets an adult start, steer and stop the vehicle while the child learns. It comes with the models for the youngest riders and is listed on each product page.

How long does the battery last and how long does it take to charge?

Run time depends on the model, the child's weight and the terrain; we state it on the product page whenever the manufacturer provides it. A full charge usually takes 8 to 12 hours with the included charger.

Do you deliver to Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium?

Yes. We ship by courier with a tracking number to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium, and shipping is included in the price: what you see is what you pay, VAT included.

What warranty do they have and how do returns work?

A 3-year legal warranty for deliveries in Spain and 2 years in the rest of the EU. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase.

Can they be used on the street?

No. They are leisure vehicles for private spaces (gardens, estates, private tracks), always under adult supervision. They are not approved for use on public roads.
