2. Purpose of the website
QuadJunior sells battery-powered electric ride-on vehicles for children — quad bikes, buggies, 4x4 off-roaders and cross motorbikes — to consumers in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium.
Prices shown on the website include VAT. Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping basket according to the country of delivery and the weight of the order. Orders are delivered by a carrier with tracking. Payment is made using the methods displayed during the checkout process.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days. Where the product is in conformity, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods. The legal guarantee of conformity is three years for deliveries in Spain and two years for deliveries in other EU countries.
Safety of use: the vehicles sold on this website must be used under adult supervision and on private premises only. They are not intended or approved for use on the public highway.
